Partners The name of our organization, Partners for Breast Cancer Care, was chosen to represent the invaluable partnerships we have in the community. Without our “Partners”, we could not fulfill our mission to the residents of Lee County .
Our most important relationship is with our Partners in Health, who take care of our clients at greatly reduced fees. These include all 6 hospitals in Lee County , and numerous surgeons, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and oncologists – over 100 in all.
The Susan G. Komen for the Cure Southwest Florida Affiliate Susan G. Komen for the Cure awarded an affiliation to Southwest Florida in November of 2002. Susan G. Komen for the Cure Southwest Florida is dedicated to helping women in Charlotte , Collier, Glades, Hendry and Lee Counties , who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Partners for Breast Cancer Care, received its first grant from the Southwest Florida Komen Affiliate in 2003/04 for $2500 and has qualified for a grant award every year since. In April 2010, Partners received another grant award in the amount of $173,649, making a total of $922,243 grant funds from the Southwest Florida Affiliate since their inception. Through the granted funds Partners for Breast Cancer Care works closely with the Southwest Florida Affiliate to support the uninsured/underinsured needs in Lee County .

The United Way of Lee County
Since 2003, we have been fortunate to be a member organization of the United Way of Lee County . Their financial support, along with advice and mentoring, has allowed us to grow as an organization, and to treat the ever-increasing number of uninsured and underserved members of our community.
We are very thankful for the $25,000 donation in 2009-2010.
In 2003, we were granted $15,000 from the United Way , and a $25,000 grant in 2004. Partners received $35,000 from the United Way for 2005. We recieved a $25,000.00 allocation for 2007 - 2008.

Arthur Rutenberg "Building Better Lives" John Globetti and Bobby Lyons of Arthur Rutenberg Homes/Better Lives generously donated $10,000.00 to Partners for Breast Cancer Care in November 2008.
With Gratitude To… Over the last 18 months we have been extraordinarily blessed with donations from many different sources, which have enabled us to continue taking care of the marked increase in the number of clients. Our deepest gratitude to the following:
The Southwest Florida Community Foundation - $5,000 grant received in 2008.
The Tortoise and the Hair Salon raised $2,100.00 last year by having a month long Chinese raffle in October. This year's raffle raised $500.00!
The Rotary Club of Fort Myers gave $2,000 for the Dunbar Project
The Fort Myers Junior League gave $2,925 for The Harlem Heights Project
Giving Alliance for Women - This is a group of women in Cape Coral who give back to the community and they are a component of the Cape Coral Community Foundation.. We received $3000 in 2003, $4000 in 2004, and $3945 in 2005 to be used for women in Cape Coral.
Cape Coral Community Foundation - $3,000 grant for 2008, $5,000 in 2009-2010.
Cape Coral Community Bank raised $500.00 for our organization.
Zonta Club of Sanibel-Captiva - $2640 donated in 2003, $2500 in 2004, and $2500 in 2005. $2,500 in 2008.
Zonta Club of Bonita Springs - $1500 in 2004. $2,500.00 in 2006 - 2007. $2,500 in 2008, $2,500 in 2009-2010.
So many have done so much so we can provide services for our clients.
